The Allied Moulded SLIDERBOX SB-1 is a versatile 1-gang adjustable electrical box designed for both new and old work residential applications. Molded from high-quality engineering-grade thermoplastic, it features a unique slider plate that allows for easy depth adjustment in wall substrates from 1/2 in to 1-3/8 in without relocating mounting screws. The 23 cubic-inch box includes molded-in splined device holes for rapid installation and is UL listed for 2-hour fire-resistive walls and ceilings. Its rectangular design and leveling ribs ensure a precise, professional fit in various construction environments.
