This kit features a 4-inch by 8-foot UL 2158A certified foil flexible transition duct that offers a tight bend radius, eliminating the need for additional elbows in confined spaces. The assembly includes a durable white plastic preferred hood equipped with a removable screen and a weighted damper to prevent backdrafts and pest entry. Installation is streamlined with the included 4-inch by 11-inch aluminum snap-lock pipe and two heavy-duty metal spring clamps for secure connections. Engineered to withstand temperatures up to 257°F, this kit ensures compliance with modern building codes while maintaining high airflow efficiency.
