Duckbill hooks are drop forged high carbon steel with the bill ground to a fine point. Features a drawn carbon steel socket, and a pick forged from high carbon steel before being driven into handle. Socket held securely in place with special retaining tab forged into pick. Heads are painted, handles are clear lacquer finished. No.00120 for log sizes 6" to 16"; replacement handle No.00122. No.00240 for log sizes 6" to 16"; replacement handle No.00242. No.00260 for log sizes 8" to 24"; replacement handle No .00262 NOTE: Not to be used as a wedge or prybar. Load must be applied in direction of handle brand mark. Flexing handle in a perpendicular direction of grain may cause handle fracture and result in personal injury.
