This patented polyvinyl acetate homopolymer formula allows for direct plastering over concrete, brick, block, glass, and even metal, eliminating the need for laborious surface roughening. It is ideal for one-coat finish plaster or multi-coat work and is compatible with surfaces treated with oil-based paints, silicone, or even electric radiant heat cables.
